The lastest..

My poor Leilani has gotten the flu and she wouldnt let me take pictures of her(cant blame her)...she even passed out on me...now that I think about it people are always passing out and why am always the one to catch 'em (landan)...anyhow she is doing much better now. Her color is back and fever gone. Kids bounce back sooo much faster! So not fair. I need weeks to recover. So when shes ready I'll take some more pictures of her and post them. All the kids are moving on to the next grade level...whooosh...Lani a Freshman...oh my land...(feel so old)...Josie onto 6th grade...Aldan on to 2nd grade. What a year...We need this summer to re coop. Landan has been gone for I think almost three weeks in Wagner Oklahoma doing a job for work. He has dragged Shea and Mehgen, Shaun & Jessie with Trev (they wouldnt leave him with me) and the others up there with him. I dont think they will be done with the job until end of summer. So we are going to visit them in July and before that meet up in Camarillo for the 4th of July. Well hope to see you all soon!

Dance Dance Dance

This weekend was also Josie's last dance recital...ufta...she did an awsome job. These are here good friends Skye, Hanna, Linsay. What a good bunch of girls.

Last Day of School

Aldan had the worlds best teacher this year. He received an award for most improved for reading and reads above his level now...I hope to keep that up this summer.

Chocolate Oops

Aldan & I were making brownies one day after school when.....We recommend using scissors to open the bag rather then trying to pull it apart. Luckly we had two brownie mixes.

And then they did an avacado dip mask with cucumbers...you know it actually made there skin shiny and soft...1 lemon squeezed add couple of avacados and 1 tsp honey...they look really good.

Josie had a dance competition this weekend. Her and her buddy Hanna received a gold for their duo and then placed third overall for their catagory. They had a great time. Long day for me but they had fun. And they received three other golds for some group dances.

Orange Belt

Aldan received his orange belt in karate last month. He's been doing karate for a couple of months and he really likes it...and is learning a lot of respect skills along with being able to defend himself if need be...look out sisters...haha

Finally Home

Well they made it back Monday afternoon. It wasnt an easy trip back but they were all troopers thats for sure...Sooo glad to see there faces! Hope all is well and Happy Easter! Hope everyone has a good weekend.

I dont know what to title this?

Well a couple of things...first of all I had Amber & Cody blog spot on my blog and today I happen to look at it and thought to myself who are they???? Ooops wrong blog spot of some other Amber and Cody. Oh my word I feel like I am loooooosssing it!

Landan, myself, Shaun, Jessy and Trevor all went to Las Vegas for the Conexpo(Very large equipment expo) We took Landans plane but before we left Billings the right engine starter went out so we had it replaced and off we went. All was well had a good time in Vegas. We enjoyed ourselves for the most part. Then we went to leave Vegas...I dont know if any of you have ever imagined what it would be like to get stuck there and have no way out or try to get out and every time you try something goes wrong and prevents you from leaving...I have never had that happen to me any where in my life. I figure well you board a plane and you leave or you rent a car and drive away. Sounds easy....well Im here to tell you its not! I probably never will understand until the here after. I think we were being watched over but at the same time we really wanted to go home. We were number 2 in line for take off and we were all ready to go home expect Jes and I thought we could use a day at the spa, but none the less we were going home and we were glad to be. So Landan makes his final call into tower and the mic gets stuck (which means everyone can hear us, tower, other pilots etc) and we know its stuck so we remain quiet and then we see the GPS start flashing and the electronics crap out! So Landan and I are shuffling things around he whips the plane around and aborts take off, Shaun and Jessy sitting in the back wondering what the heck is going on?? We finally get tower back and we end up parking it and needing electronics looked at. Long story short we sit in Vegas for another 2 days (jessy and I go to spa) yippie we wanted to stay all day but they guys kept calling us... SOOO we thought we will send Jessy and Shaun home via another airline they go to the airport and there flight is delayed 5 hours. Mind you its due to leave at 8:30pm and then the flight is delayed 5 hours....they have a 1 yr old with them. So I say forget it come back to the hotel. So Then we think rent a car and drive to Provo for them so they dont have to wait around for us and the airplane...I call the rental place.... yes you can take the car out of state...Jessy and Shaun start driving and call to set it up they are taking the car out of state and get a NO you cant take the car out of state...ok so book another flight...oh no they have tripled in price and so have the hotel rooms...oh dont forget Landan forgot some of his clothes at the other hotel and now is commando...same with Shaun. Well by this time and day I have to get home because I have 3 kids who need me...Josie had dance competition and let me tell you she has worked her butt off for this and I really need to be there or she would never forgive me...so I get a one way home and here I am writing this to tell you Shaun, Jessy, Trevor and Landan are all stuck in Utah. Thats as far as they have made it due to weather. But they are visiting with friends and family and I hope all is well for them. I still dont know when they will make it home. Maybe in the Spring?? It was suppose to be a four day trip and is going on 8 days tomorrow...Jessy keeps telling herself well it could be worse "could be stuck in Sidney" as Shaun and Landan roll there eyes. I will update with some pictures and let you know when they make it home safely...oh to top it off they might have to re-route to Tulsa OK because Landan has a job he needs to see on Wed. Have fun in Oklahoma! OH MY WORD!!! Its never gonna end.
Oh PS Josie took first in her duo and received 3 ruby's for her other dances! I'll download pict. later....

These are some more random pictures I just wanted to share...I should have some more new pictures on a different subject this weekend. Shaun and Jessy are coming to billings to go to the Red Lodge Winter Festival. It should be very fun. The guys have built a vessel to race down the mountain...so I'll try and capture some fun photos. Meanwhile...hope all is well with you all.

The Story of Disney Magic

In January we had the best time on our Disney Magic Cruise. Wow the service was Awsome and the R & R came at a great time. It was snowing and freeeezing when we left. Sooo we left out of Cape Canveral on a Saturday morning and we cruized for 2 days at sea. Josie ate until she couldn't move and the kids played all day at the pools or there were endless activities they offered. The first night on the ship Leilani went to "The Stack" for teens only and she didnt get back until 1 a.m. I could hardly stay awake. We arrived in St. Marteen two days later and stayed there all day and collected sea shells and swam...wonderful Day! St Marteen is half Dutch and French its split right through the middle North and South. We were on the Dutch side.(south)

The day we went to St. Thomas there was a pirate theme nite on the ship. The entertainment was incredible, there was always something to do. In St. Thomas we went to Blackbeard Castle. We took a shore excursion the Screaming Eagle. That was a blast. Speed boat that would go full boar and he would yank it in reverse....we were soaked!!! So fun. There are 400 stores and 395 of them are jewelry I swear. haha

Then we traveled another whole day at sea to get to Castaway Cay. Landan sailed a couple times that day, went on a bike ride, snorkeled, ate, layed out. Oh man it was just heavenly. We were gone 8 days it was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend it to anyone with kids at any age. Or if no kids I'd still go.

Josie loved the idea that there was food and ice cream at any moment she wanted it. So she always had food in her hands. I so wish I chould tell her to go to deck 9 if you hungry Josie.

At dinner each nite we had these two guys doing everything for a whole week..Wow! To bad I couldnt of brought them home to....be me.
