BUUUURRRRRR!!!!!!

We are getting slammed this weekend with a very very cold storm moving in tonight. -65 below with wind chill factor. I dont know how much snow we are getting but we will find out...soon. So this weekend we are doing puzzles,games & baking till we stuff ourselves like turkeys.

WINTER ALREADY

Billings area was slammed this weekend with a big big winter storm. It was so big they even cancelled church. We received 22inches of snow in a weekend. They didnt cancel school though. And it is already back in the 40's and 60's this weekend.

The kids had a blast. Landan cleaned the entire neighborhood with the backhoe. There were people with out power for days and still is becasue of broken tree limbs. It was very fun.

Baby Deacon Alan Lewis was just born this month. This is Arianne and Aaron's 2nd baby boy. Dakota was napping when we were their so I missed taken a picture of him. They are both the sweetest boy's. It was so fun to see them.

Concours D'elegance

Landan & I went to Pebble beach to see the classic cars of all times...you have to be invited to have your car in this show...this is only the best of cars that were there. It was very interesting to see the cars...but im more of a people watcher. So Landan drooled all over the cars and I watched people. And who do ya know but MicDreamy was there...and oh ya hes as good looking in real life.

Our cousins came to visit us.

Annie and Bridgett came to visit us in July. We had so much fun while they were here. They are such good girls. Aldan and Annie played & played. We went swimming, pottery class, to the park, etc...it was so fun and went by way to fast.

We stopped in West Yellowstone and looked at the river. It was really flowing fast.

It was a good spring this year...lots of water.

When Landan and I were just getting back from Calif. my dad had taken Aldan fishing on this day and Aldan caught 3 of these fish. They are huge fish. We bar b q'd them but they were to fishy for me. Alan had a great time with grandpa though. Thats so cool.

This is my sister Sherri, my grandma LaRouche, (my moms mom) Sister Jodie, me and my mom.(we all have four eyes) haha I put this in to just update my blog a little. This was taken at Easter time. I'll have more pict. when we get back from Calif. Kids are great. Leilani is at girls camp. Aldan loves golfing and Josie is still dancing.Landan has been in Oklahoma since May and cant wait to see him over the 4th!

The lastest..

My poor Leilani has gotten the flu and she wouldnt let me take pictures of her(cant blame her)...she even passed out on me...now that I think about it people are always passing out and why am always the one to catch 'em (landan)...anyhow she is doing much better now. Her color is back and fever gone. Kids bounce back sooo much faster! So not fair. I need weeks to recover. So when shes ready I'll take some more pictures of her and post them. All the kids are moving on to the next grade level...whooosh...Lani a Freshman...oh my land...(feel so old)...Josie onto 6th grade...Aldan on to 2nd grade. What a year...We need this summer to re coop. Landan has been gone for I think almost three weeks in Wagner Oklahoma doing a job for work. He has dragged Shea and Mehgen, Shaun & Jessie with Trev (they wouldnt leave him with me) and the others up there with him. I dont think they will be done with the job until end of summer. So we are going to visit them in July and before that meet up in Camarillo for the 4th of July. Well hope to see you all soon!

Dance Dance Dance

This weekend was also Josie's last dance recital...ufta...she did an awsome job. These are here good friends Skye, Hanna, Linsay. What a good bunch of girls.

Last Day of School

Aldan had the worlds best teacher this year. He received an award for most improved for reading and reads above his level now...I hope to keep that up this summer.

Chocolate Oops

Aldan & I were making brownies one day after school when.....We recommend using scissors to open the bag rather then trying to pull it apart. Luckly we had two brownie mixes.

And then they did an avacado dip mask with cucumbers...you know it actually made there skin shiny and soft...1 lemon squeezed add couple of avacados and 1 tsp honey...they look really good.

Aldan & Jason his best friend played the other day when it wasnt raining. We have had a very wet spring this year. Its beautiful out though..Very green.
